Extant & Under the Dome Renewed!?

Hey People,

What? Extant got renewed? I can understand Under the Dome, even though last season was so bad that I quit watching, but I knew some people stuck around, but Extant that I just don't understand.

Okay, so i just read up on it and it turns out that Extant was renewed because of a deal with Amazon to stream the show. Amazon, if you want to stream a show, choose a good one. There are so many other shows you can help save, this isn't one of them.

But what's done is done and Extant and Under the Dome will both be back for the summer; however, I will not be. I could only take so much. If I'm extremely bored because I caught up with all my shows then maybe, maybe I'll watch. But I would have to be bored out of mind (this includes not wanting to play video games or read).

Congratulations on being renewed Under the Dome and Extant. Trust me when I say, "No one saw this coming."

Under the Dome Review

Hey People,

So usually I would write a diary entry for Under the Dome, but I don't think I can anymore. Let me explain.

This show has seriously missed the mark this year. I feel like every episode there is a new environmental problem that they fix within the hour of watching. It also seems like drama is being created by force instead of actually making sense and happening naturally due to characters' personalities. Why would Joe kiss Melanie just to go back and tell Norrie he loved her? Why did Barbie not tell Julia about his plan to see what Big Jim and Rebecca were up to? Why is anyone on Big Jim's side when he tried to release a virus on everyone in town? This is what I call creating drama just to create drama and anytime that happens in a show, the show starts to go down in quality.

Then you have these new characters coming (and going since Sam just died this episode) from out of nowhere and then their personalities are horrible. I don't think there is one new character that I've liked so far. However, this would not stop me from watching a show. There are a lot of annoying characters on shows, but the bad ones are supposed to be outweighed by the good ones, but this show seems to lack in the good ones and has a bunch of mediocre.

Under the Dome S2 E5

Dear Diary,

How come I couldn't get one of those in high school? I always complained about lockers not being big enough back then, but I'll talk about that later. Let's start off with the fact that I stayed up all night camped out at Julia's house. I thought some action was going to go down, but the only action I saw was Sam getting a paper cut. These people can talk for hours, which put me right to sleep.

By the time I woke up, Barbie was there talking to Julia about Melanie and how Sam lied about not knowing her. They also talked about the virus. Apparently, Barbie never planned on killing anyone. Well thanks for not letting anyone else in on your plan Barbie. But still, why didn't he tell Julia what he was up to?

So I just learned that there are a bunch of conspirators in Chester's Mill today. I don't understand how anyone could be on Jim's side. The virus could have killed anyone even the people that support him unless they know for a fact that they have the best immune system in the world, they had a 50/50 shot of making it.

Oh Julia, don't you know? Saying "stay" to teenagers is equivalent to telling them don't ever come back. I decided to follow the kids today on there little adventure. But first I decided to see how Big Jim was in his new home. Man was b*tching so much I didn't even need to go downstairs to hear his conversation. I'll sum it up for you, Diary.

Jim: Where's my water? Where's my food? I'm hungry.
Rebecca: You're hungry because of science
Jim: This is all your fault. You talked me into this and you didn't even give me the virus.
Rebecca: I told you it's because of science.
Jim: They're out for our blood.
Rebecca: I put my blood, sweat and tears into science.

Under the Dome S2 E4

Dear Diary,

WTF is with this chick, Rebecca? We need to thin the heard.  Who's next? Who talks like this? She's a frickin teacher! I'm surprised she didn't say the baby should go first. All they do is eat and poop. Kill a single mother, okay. Kill a baby, that's where I draw the line.

I decided to follow Barbie today. Although, I have to say I'm about to kill him myself. I can't say this out loud because the Dome might hear me. I guess a noose around your neck changes a person. I thought it was just Big Jim, but Barbie is acting strange. He's okay with the killing as long as he gives the go ahead on it. Is this the same guy who was distraught about killing a man for days even though he wasn't that good of a guy to begin with? But he's okay with slaughtering innocent people. Yea that totally makes sense. And when we met up with the kids, why was he against M.C. from finding the truth?

We should go to the house.
Barbie: No.
I need answers.
Barbie: Fine.
We should go in the woods.
Barbie: No.
We need answers.
Barbie: Fine.

Under the Dome S2 E3

Dear Diary,

What is up with this? I had to register to be a citizen in a place that I was already a citizen. This makes no sense. You know what else doesn't make sense? Raining blood red. I did say I was about to go Red Dome in this place in the last entry, but I didn't think it was seriously going to happen. I saw it burn a couple people. If no one's going to say it, then I guess I will. What the f*** is going on here? More importantly, who the hell uses Windows 8?

So I met the barber today, which I guess I've never seen because I'm a girl. But let's be honest, there are a bunch of people who are randomly showing up doing bad things and it's not as fun than if it were someone I knew for more than 2 seconds. Not that I want my friends to be killers, but it would make them more interesting.

It seems like everyone can be put into categories. Either they're becoming a reverend type, Big Jim type, or the The Dome is here to protect us type. I, myself, think I'm in another category called I think everyone is going bat sh*t crazy type.

I just overheard that there might be a Hunger Games situation going on soon. If I'm chosen, I'm screwed. But then again, maybe I should think of it as a blessing because then I wouldn't be stuck in the Dome anymore aka no more journal entries, which is looking more likely with each passing entry.

Under the Dome S2 E2

Dear Diary,

So Angie is really dead? I'm not going to miss her. She was kinda annoying, besides she was trying to kill in the Dome and we all know the Dome doesn't like when people kill.

We all knew Junior could kill someone, but I didn't think Joe would have it in him to take someone's life.

I find it strange that everyone is switching rolls. Phil the DJ is now the sheriff because...a DJ would know a lot about the law? And then there's Big Jim who's acting like the dead Reverend. Things aren't really making sense in Chester's Mill.

I went to the funeral for Angie. I may not like the b*tch, but I should still pay my respects. Only Big Jim could turn his eulogy into a monologue boosting his ego as the savior of this town. Worst of all, some people actually agree with him.

I might have to go Red Dome in this place.

Under the Dome S2 E1

Dear Diary,

Guess what? I'm still stuck in this hell hole. Bet you wouldn't have guessed that.

They were just about to execute Barbie (which I was totally against btw), when the Dome started ripping houses apart. Note to self, when the surrounding area is magnetic, stay far away from the kitchen. That place is a deathtrap.

I heard that Deputy Linda died in a horrific way, but if a car is coming near you, do something. That's all I'm saying. She could have hit the ground so at most a tire would be stuck on her. But the Dome wants what the Dome wants.

I was helping out with the magnetic tower when all of a sudden I heard a noise. Went out like a light apparently. By the time I woke up, I'd noticed someone had moved me and Big Jim had the noose around his neck. Sadly, the rope was cut. Now Big Jim is acting all nice, I don't know how I feel about it.

So Sam is Junior's, I mean James's uncle. Didn't see that one coming and something tells me I shouldn't trust him either.

There's a random girl walking on the street. I should be worried about this but it just seems like random people are popping up in Chester's Mill all the time even though we're all stuck in the Dome.

I saw Angie go in the school tonight trying to follow the random girl. Then I heard a scream, it sounded like Angie. If she's dead, well then that's one less annoying and impulsive person I have to worry about.
