Hey People,

I am doing a terrible job. I know I know I know. BUT, things should be settling in at work that I can get back to my normal schedule. Why did my boss have to leave me with all this work and I don't know when she's coming back? I just worked a 60 hour week, no lie. That's my problem right now, but enough about that.

I recently received a message from a reader about how she stopped watching The Blacklist. 

"Can't watch Blacklist any more. Just got so stupid. I loved the first season and I've really been trying, but the good and evil characters seem to switch roles every week. If they bring out one more Medieval Villain organization I'm going to throw something at the TV. Convoluted plots. Goofy twists. I am sad. I love James Spader (and many others in the show) and James is still WONDERFUL. But, I can't waste my time. I hope James finds something else - soon."

I read you loud and clear Donna. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I love reading people vent on shows even if we disagree. KEEP THEM COMING!

There are a bunch of new shows I'm watching so you may get some reviews soon for those and of course I'll be handling a double dose of recaps since I've been missing out. What can I say but I need my life back.

Hey People,

Okay for some reason I thought my shows were coming back and I was preparing too binge watch them all today because I worked on a Saturday. A SATURDAY, who works on a SATURDAY? I legit worked over 58 hours this week and I'm exhausted. The only good thing is every penny helps to pay off my loans. But enough about that. It turns out that most of my shows aren't even back yet or they came back 2 weeks ago and then took off last week just to return this week. I thought we had this talk before. I really hate it when they skip weeks all willy nilly like this. Run them through.

So I should be caught up this week as soon as I write my Empire midseason review. Even though I watched it awhile ago. Spoiler alert...I loved it! The show doesn't come back anytime soon so I'm in no rush.

It's great to be back on schedule again.

Hey People,

I seem to be doing a terrible job at this ever since I graduated college and landed an actual job that pays, but I still like watching shows. I just don't have as much time as I used to and it's hard to adapt when I don't know what time I'll be making it back home. They say 9-5 but it's more like 10-10.

That is why I vow for my New Year's resolution that this year I will keep up with my TV shows and my posts for this blog. I'm already off to a horrible start since I didn't even know shows were already coming back.

I believe I only have 2 finales left to review:

• Empire

I will probably do them tonight and then start the binging this weekend to catch up on what I missed so far this week.

Hey People,

Because of shows coming back and me basically using my weekend to catch up and write, I have put The Wire (season 5), Falling Skies (season 2), and WYBMS on the back-burner until further notice. The good news is most of my previous shows and news shows already have their recaps ready to go for the week. As of right now, I just have How to Get Away with Murder and the new show The Player to watch.

Okay so the real reason I'm writing this post is because I'm dealing with a dilemma. Remember this post? It's currently the most viewed post on this site. People are still wondering about The Good Wife and why Julianna Margulies and Archie Panjabi didn't shoot a scene together. Nothing new has been learned since the last post I talked about this since AP said her piece and I don't think anyone has interviewed JM on the subject, which just makes her more guilty in my eyes, but the Kings, the creators and writers of the show, did speak their minds and they did it in the most condescending way. As someone wrote, "They really don't get it."

I was set to not watch this season because I couldn't take the crap this show was spittin' and the fact that they were coming off of their worst season yet, just made me lean towards not returning at all. All summer long, I saw posts of the new actors that were coming to the show and I wasn't interested until I saw the last person they booked--Vanessa Williams. I love her and the best part of her acting is seeing how others react to her acting because she always comes off as this strong personality type. The fact that she'll be playing Eli's new love interest is all the more reason why I wanted to see what's going on, so this is what I've decided to do. I've decided that I will punish The Good Wife by no longer promoting it. You can actually say this show was the reason behind me starting this blog because I had so much to talk about. I mean, it had to get its own post because I wrote so much. With each episode, I wrote a review, but no longer. That is over. I will continue to watch, but I won't speak a word of it, and therefore, you won't see anymore posts about the show from me.

P.S. I'm still on the fence with Limitless and Minority Report so I'm going to give them 1 more shot to impress me and if they don't then I gotta kick them to the curve because I don't have time anymore to watch a show bloom into amazing and these days a show may even not get that chance because networks will up and quit them before that even happens. No one has time for you to get into the groove of things. That's what testing is for, so you can be great from the gate.

I know, I know. It's been awhile. You may have thought I disappeared forever, but I didn't. I have been busy and not at all busy. I've been busy at work, but when it comes to my shows I've been not so busy at all, but that's about to change. This week coming up starts the premieres of shows and I cannot wait because I really need something to watch.

I just want to warn you guys once again that I won't be doing what I did before (reviewing every new show), but instead will review those that impress me the most. I've already reviewed a few already because of the leaks.

Hey People,

Okay so I'm still currently watching Falling Skies and The Wire is currently sitting on the back burner. I watched the new episode of Fear the Walking Dead and still don't think it's good enough to be added on the list. It's not bad, but it's not greatness either and so far I have more people I want to punch on that show than not punch because people just keep making bad decisions, more specifically, just not telling what the hell is going on, which leads others to make bad decisions.

I have watched Scream, Tyrant, and Mr. Robot season finales and 2 of the 3 reviews are already completed so you'll be getting those on their respective days. If I had to rank the finales I would say Tyrant > Mr. Robot > Scream but that's just me.

As for WYBMS, I believe you'll be getting one today. I just have to make sure there's enough material to post.

All my shows currently on the list are on hiatus. You know what that means. I have to start my search again or I could go watch some comedies since the fall season will start soon, but I already got a head start on some of those so I don't know. I'll just go with what I feel like watching.

Hey People,

I just wanted to let you know that I did try Fear the Walking Dead and I thought it was okay. I'm still on the bubble with it though, so I haven't added it on as one of my must sees yet. 

Since fall premieres are coming up soon I just wanted to remind everyone that I won't be doing reviews for every new tv series this year. It was a lot last year and now I have less time to do it, so I will only do reviews for shows that I will commit to. Because I have less time now, this also means I'll be more selective. Now that I work more than 40 hours a week, I don't have as much time on my hands, so if something catches my eye this season, it must be at least one watch for you to try out. I already know Blindspot will be on my list, which means I need to find me some posters. 

As for WYBMS, if you ever go to the Explanation page, I explain how WYBMS came about. I wrote most of the stuff beforehand and now I have to write some more stuff to continue the story. Once I get my schedule down, I'll squeeze in some writing time.

P.S. I'm thinking of starting Falling Skies again. I quit because I forgot about it, which isn't a legit reason to quit a show so I'm thinking of starting it up again since tonight is the series finale. What do you think? I'm leaning towards yes.

Hey People,

So I officially quit 24 not that it was bad or anything, I just couldn't get behind the killing of Ryan Chappelle. I didn't like the guy and I know he worked for the government, but for the President to not have the balls to order someone to die was ridiculous and what was more absurd was the President washing his hands of the situation by making Jack decide if he lived or died. What kind of president are you that you can't even make a tough decision like that? On top of that, the President is listening to a terrorist, which makes no sense because what if terrorist says to kill more people? It stupid to give in the demands of killing someone. Most importantly, why didn't the terrorist tell the President to kill Jack that would have solved all his problems right there? This season started off awful, then turned to great, then went down the road of being absurd, so no more show for me. I can't stand the injustice. If it was a bad guy, I would understand, but if our good guys do it, I no longer see them as good guys. I'll most likely go back to watching The Wire in my spare time.

I have decided that I will no longer review new shows unless I'm adding them to my list of shows. Last fall season, I did a whole bunch and most of them I ended up not watching anymore so I've decided to cut down on pictures and writing to save me some time.

Maybe you've noticed I don't really watch many USA shows and that's because USA has a tendency to not give shows a proper ending even when the show has been on for several years. I'm very skeptical about them and will only try their shows during their last season. However, Mr. Robot was getting so much hype I had to check it out. I'm still skeptical, but it's too late. I've watched the show and think its probably the best summer show out there right now.

As for WYBMS, there will be one coming out today, it should have been yesterday, but I was in New York and I thought I would have service where I was and I didn't, so be on the lookout for that today.

Hey People,

So I've finally made it to season 5 of The Wire. Season 4 was great I'm debating with myself if it was the best season or not. I've also returned to 24 and am still working my way through season 3.

If you've checked out my slideshow on the right above, you should have noticed Humans has been added. I tried it out and loved the concept of it so much that I had to add it to my list. Humans has replaced Almost Human for me. I thought Almost Human was a great show that was taken before its time and Humans kind of replaces it for me in a way. It's not exact, but they share the basic concept of artificial intelligence, so that's what really got me hooked to begin with. Therefore starting this Sunday Previously On Sunday... will return, but not for long since the 1st season is only going to be 8 episodes and next Sunday starts the 7th. If you haven't checked it out, I suggest you do and do what I did and catch up.

You know me, I'm always on the look out for the next best thing to add to my list.

P.S. As for the WYBMS poll, it only got 2 votes and that's good enough for me. One would have been good enough for me really because it means someone is reading it. So expect one to come out this week. I don't know if I'm going to do weekly or bi-weekly. I haven't figured it out yet because I don't know my schedule yet. Binge News: My Bad

Hey People,

I've been a bad blogger lately. I had another interview today and then went out and didn't have anytime to come back and write for today's shows. So to make it up to all you guys and gals. I shall write the recap of not only last week's, but also this week's episode tonight.

I have been working on the OITNB for awhile now. I finished it last week, but it'll be a longer post than usual because I had to cover what happened to everyone this season. If I have time to spare, I'll get that one out either tonight or tomorrow for you to read.

In other binge news, I have quit Damages. It just wasn't as fun to watch than the 1st season. Therefore, I'm back to watching The Wire and am almost finished with the 4th season. I'm slowly making my way through 24 as well. I've been going slow lately due to me looking for a job, so my schedule is out of whack lately. But don't worry, I've landed a job (YAY!) and I don't start yet so I have time to spare for awhile and once I get the groove of things, I'll be able to handle my TV binging and blogging better.

On a side note, I have been trying out some new shows, but nothing great so far. I'll keep searching.

So I've been doing the bare minimum on this site, but it's not my fault. I've been job hunting and so I've been busy as of late. I'm slowly getting back into the grooves of things again though. I'm currently still watching Damages, The Wire, and 24 still and playing games on the side.

If your wondering why I haven't put out a Previously On Saturday... yet well that's because Comcast decided it wasn't going to work properly this morning. However everything is working fine right now and it should be up by 5pm EST, so make sure you come back around then to catch up on Power and read what to look forward to tonight.

Hey People,

So I having been posting a lot lately because most of my shows are on hiatus right now. I was playing video games to fill the void, but now I'm back watching shows again.

Recently, I've been binging through Damages (already on season 2) and 24 (season 3). I started Damages when it first came out, but for some reason I stopped watching. I never caught up with it and with 24, I started a year ago and quit in season 3 for no reason. So I'm making amends and fixing my mistakes by watching them now.

The Wire (season 4) is on hold for now, but I'll get around to watching it eventually. Season 5 is its last so I might as well finish it. I've also been watching UnReal but I'm unsure if I'll add it to my list of shows. We shall see.

Binging Away

Hey People,

I know I've been on the quite side of life recently, but it's not my fault most shows are either finishing up or are saving themselves for May sweeps. So I've been busying myself with watching shows I haven't had the pleasure of watching before.

I'm just about to finish the 1st season of The Musketeers and I made my way to the 2nd season of The Wire. I gave up on Vikings for the 2nd time. I made it to the 2nd or 3rd episode where they slaughter a bunch of priests or whatnot and just decided I really didn't like any of them after that. I watched Daredevil from Netflix and I liked the pilot and I need to binge watch the rest so I can do a full review. I'm retrying Black Sails and TURN just to make sure I made the right call.

As you can see I keep myself very busy, so just because I'm silent doesn't mean I'm not binging. I actually like when they aren't as many shows on because it allows me to catch up with others.

Be sure to check back tomorrow for Previously On Saturday... as well as a Reign diary, which I haven't done in a long time because Reign has been MIA for quite some time.

Hey People,

So I've been in the hospital recently, but now I'm back to finish my binging experience. Even though I hate Comcast, I'm totally taking advantage of their binge week. I've tried a bunch of shows, but the one I'm sticking to so far is The Wire. I've always heard about it and I didn't know how good it was. I've also started The Musketeers and Vikings. I'll keep you posted on what else I find.

I didn't have any shows yesterday and today none of the shows I watch are new so there's no Previously On Thursday...
