Legends Review S1 E3

Hey People,

This will be short since I've already did my extensive review about this show in the other 2 reviews. Instead I just wanted to say I watched it like I said I would. The fact that he was starting his mission right from the beginning is something that I like, which I previously stated before. However, my mind has not changed. This show is still average and unlike the past 2 episodes, this episode couldn't keep my interest in it at all. I actually started to do my homework instead of watching the show. That says a lot right there.

It seems like for this show each episode will dive into his legend more and more until I'm guessing he won't know who he is anymore. This is a bit different than my original guess, but I actually like this setup better.

Even though I may not be into this show not everyone will share my opinion so check the episode yourself and judge. However, this will be the last review I do for Legends as of right now.

Luv ya,

Legends Review S1 E2

Hey People,

So a certain person asked me to checkout episode 2 of Legends claiming that it was better than the pilot. So that's what I did tonight. I watched it and I do have to admit, it is better than the pilot. However, this additional episode doesn't really change my assessment of the show. I still think this show is still too average for Sean Bean. Let me explain.

Like: I did think this case of the week (or should I say two weeks?) is better than the pilot's. I was pulled into the show more and actually cared about what happened to the family involved. I will also admit that I was shocked to the killing of Troy. I did not see that one coming. I was actually waiting for the "I was wearing a bulletproof vest the whole time" or a "Don't leave home without it," but it never came. Man was legit dead. Saw the dead body and everything. I love a show that can take risks like that because that emulates life. Not everyone survives every encounter they have. As long as they keep the dead actually dead, I'm fine with the decision. I hate cop-outs. Of course I also have to mention Morris Chestnut finally showing up. Where were you last time? This episode became instantly better when I saw him on my screen.

Legends Review

Hey People,

So I just watched Legends and guess what? Sean Bean didn't die in the first episode! Yea, we should all celebrate that fact because to be honest that's probably the only thing to celebrate in Legends. Let me explain.

Summary: Sean Bean's character is an undercover FBI agent who clearly has some problems if 3 out of 4 shrinks thinks he was unfit for duty. However, the 4th said he's a natural in deep undercover aka a Legend.

This show was surprisingly average. Why is that surprising? Well because Sean Bean is in it and I don't associate Sean Bean with average. I do however associate Sean Bean with death so I'll always watch out for that regardless if I watch this show or not. Nothing really stood out in the pilot except for the performance of Sean Bean with his undercover persona. I think he might give Tatiana Maslany a run for her money in dawning new characters, but it's still too early to tell.
