Reign CW

Currently, I'm watching Reign a CW show. I'm starting to dislike CW shows less and less with each year that passes by but I'll save that for another time. Reign is different than most CW shows. Yes, it's pretty teenagers that aren't teenagers in real life, the usual CW formal but this show is different. I don't know if it's because they aren't in the typical high school background so you're not constantly wondering why they aren't in school or when they have time to actually do their homework, but this show has actually peaked me interest.

Yes, there is sex and lots of it and as much I do believe teenagers do have sex, CW does tend to exploit this side of a teenager's life, while there are so many other things that teenagers worry about other than sex. But like I said, we're not in your typical setting. Back then at that age, you got married and tried to produce an heir as quickly as possible to secure your place. The feminist in me really hates this time period.

I actually love what they're doing to their characters and may I say Megan Fellows, I love you. She executes her lines so well that I can't imagine some else playing the queen (she will always be Anne Shirley to me though).

I will get into more details later on this show. I still have 2 episodes to go to finish out this season, but I have to say, I am liking what I see.
